Phone & other accessories:
All phone accessories come with a 12 months warranty, covering any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. 

Luggage:
NUDIENT provides a Limited Lifetime Warranty. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover luggage that were bought second hand or without proof of purchase from NUDIENT.

Exclusions:
The warranty does not cover:
* Normal wear and tear
* Damage from misuse, abuse, accidents, alterations, or unauthorized repars
* Damage from exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, or improper care
* Cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, damaged zippers, inside lining, and normal color fading
* Loss or theft of the product
* Damage from external forces or environmental conditions

Warranty Claims Process
To submit a warranty claim, please click on the link on the bottom of the webpage where it says "Make a return" and follow the steps listed thereon

Transferability
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser

Resolution
Upon validation of a warranty claim, we will, at our discretion:

* Replace the product with a new or refurbished product or send necessary spare parts as a replacement
* Refund the full or part of the original purchase price, which may vary depending on the condition of the returned product and the circumstances of the return or claim

Limitation of Liability
NUDIENT is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the product. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by jurisdiction. This warranty does not cover specific components beyond the coverage mentioned above.
