What is Nudient? 

Nudient was started to give you the market's thinnest case without compromising either protection or quality. We have developed a case that protects your phone while maintaining the aesthetic feel. Nothing else fits as perfect around the phone as Nudient, and the case also provides a very comfortable surface to hold. To protect the camera there is a millimeter-high protective edge. 


How long is the delivery time? 

We will ship your order within 24 hours and it takes between 2-6 business days depending on your location. The package is delivered directly into your mailbox. Currently we offer free shipping to all of our UK customers! 


What shipping providers does Nudient offer? 
We use PostNord for all deliveries in the Nordic region and any local shipping provider for shipments outside the Nordic region.

Can I track my delivery? 

 If you do not get your order within 10 business days please feel free to contact support@nudient.zendesk.com and we'll solve it. Once your order is sent you will receive an email. We ship most of our orders as letters, which means you can not track your order and your package is delivered directly into your mailbox. 


My order has not arrived within 10 days 

Our orders are delivered directly to your mailbox, which means Step 1) Start by making sure that your address is the same as the address you entered on your order. Step 2) Do you have your name on the mailbox and are you registered on the same address (might be applicable for some countries)? If not, you will need to enter an address which includes C/O, otherwise the postal services will not find your mailbox and we can not ship your package. How much does the case protect? 

In Sweden, we like to use an word called "Lagom".it means: neither too big nor too small, but just right. Just thick enough to protect but thin enough not to take too much space. It protects against scratches, dirt, small hits and water. We would define it as just perfect, and that's exactly what Nudient is!  


How do I make a return? 

We are more than happy to accept any returns in its original packaging (opened packages are quite okay) as long as it is within 30 days of ordering. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of used screen protectors. If you want to make a return, please contact our customer service at support@nudient.zendesk.com.


Cancel or change an order

If you want to change or cancel an order, you must email our customer service as soon as possible. If the order has already been sent, it is unfortunately not possible to change or cancel the order. Usually your order will be shipped within 1-2 hours after your order has been placed. 


What payment methods does Nudient offer? 

Nudient offers, apart from VISA, Mastercard, both Klarna (applicable in some countries) and Paypal. We are incredibly proud to offer the most common payment methods. 


How do I review your products?
